Cancellation Policy

At EL&NI Hair, we strive to provide quality, attentive service and allow flexibility with our scheduling. However, that flexibility requires some awareness to how canceled appointments affect both our business and staff. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations not only mean lost opportunity to fill that spot, but often leave our stylists in a financial lurch.

 

We truly appreciate your loyalty and business as a valued client. But we kindly ask you consider how even one late cancellation can negatively impact our small business. As such, we have implemented the following cancellation/no-show policy to allow us to serve all clients in a sustainable way:

- If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum 24 hour notice.

- For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% service fee will apply.  

- If you no-show for an appointment without any notice, we will charge the full service price.

We know life sometimes brings sudden changes in plans and priorities. But by giving us appropriate notice on any appointment changes needed, you help ensure we can offer flexible availability without jeopardizing our stylists' income and ability to serve other clients. 

If a personal emergency arises, please give us a call so we can find an alternative option that works for you. As a small business, we aim to put relationship first and appreciate your partnership in making that possible! Please reach out with any other questions.
